论我国企业核心竞争力及其培育

企业核心竞争力是企业取得和保持竞争优势的源泉。当前我国大部分企业核心竞争力尚未形成,急需培育企业的核心竞争力。本文从企业核心竞争力的基本概念入手,介绍企业核心竞争力的主要内容,提出培育我国企业的核心竞争力的基本对策及管理方略,以应付拥有强大的企业核心竞争力的跨国公司的严峻挑战。

The core competence of corporation is the source of getting and keeping strength of competence. Now most of the corporations in china have few consciousnesses in it. So they need to build their core competence in haste, This paper explains the basic intension about the core competence, then introduces the chief content and further raises the basic countermeasures to build the core competence of corporation in china. At last, we emphasize how to manage the core competence of corporation to deal with the challenge for the transnational corporations with powerful core competence.
