摘要
大型水利枢纽建设投资控制是项目管理领域的重要部分。大型水利枢纽因其项目本身特点、融资来源和建设过程的独特性,使得大型水利枢纽建设投资控制具有一定的风险性和挑战性。针对大型水利枢纽建设投资控制的特点,研究大型水利枢纽建设投资控制的理论和方法。
The investment control for large hydraulic project is the key of project management areas. Regarding its characteristic and financing methods in the construction course, it has certain investment risks and challenging to study the investment control for construction items. In this article, some theory and method of the investment control for large hydraulic project are analyzed and discussed.
