摘要
动态物流联盟组建过程中的一个关键环节就是选择适当的合作伙伴,它直接关系到动态物流联盟的市场响应速度、运行绩效和成败。针对动态物流联盟合作伙伴选择过程所面临的信息不完全性、多时段性,引入模糊语言变量来描述决策者的评估信息,结合多属性群决策理论,建立多时段条件下模糊语言群体决策模型,并详尽论述了其应用过程。仿真算例表明该模型的合理性和有效性,为动态物流联盟伙伴的优化选择提供了一套切实可行的方法。
It is a crucial step to select proper partners in the founding process of a dynamic logistics alliance, which can directly determine its market responsiveness speed, performance and success or failure. In view of the characteristics of incomplete information and multiple time periods. A model of dynamic logistics alliance partner selection based on fuzzy linguistic group decision-making method under multiple time periods is proposed, which describes appraisal information of decision makers by combining fuzzy linguistic scale with multi-attribute group decision-making method. Then we elaborate on how to make good use of this method. Finally, a simplified simulation is carried out to illustrate the validity of the proposed model, which provides a set of feasible methods for dynamic logistics alliances to optimize their partner selection.
