摘要
知识资本管理是现代企业经营的热点问题。知识理论认为:知识资本是企业核心能力培育的源泉,知识管理是企业核心能力形成的手段。随着我国煤炭经济的发展和煤矿企业的成长,大中型煤矿企业的知识资本存量已日益膨胀,因此,加强对知识资本的管理已是大中型煤矿企业的当务之急,而知识资本测度模型的构建是知识资本管理的首要前提。借助于煤矿企业知识活动的直接调查数据,验证性因子分析可以对理论模型提供现实性检验。
Knowledge management is a frontier field of management science and a hot issue of management practice. According to knowledge theory, knowledge capital is the source of core competence, and knowledge management is the method of formation of core competence. With the economic development of mine industry in China and its growth, the stock of knowledge capital in mine enterprises is ever increasing, so it is the priority of large-medium mine industry to strengthen the management of knowledge capital. The construction of the model measuring knowledge capital is the prereq- uisite of knowledge management. The CFA may provide the reliable tool to check theory model based on the first-hand data from knowledge activities conducted in mine industry in China.
