102株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的药敏结果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的感染情况及其对临床常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方法鉴定及药敏试验均采用美国德灵公司的MicroScan细菌鉴定及药敏分析系统。结果从156株金黄色葡萄球菌中检出102株MRSA,检出率为65.4%。102株MRSA均对万古霉素敏感,对β-内酰胺类药物明显耐药。结论MR-SA在临床标本中的检出率高,且呈多重耐药的特点,因此临床治疗应注意合理用药。 Objective To investigate the infeetion status of rnethieillin resistant Staphyloeoeeus aureus (MRSA) and its antibiotie resistanee. Methods Speeies identifieation and antirnierobial suseeptibility test were performed by applying MieroSean rnierobial analytieal system of Dade Behring Company. Results A total of 102 strains (65.4%) of MRSA were deteeted out of 156 strains of Staphyloeoeeus aureus, whieh were sensitive to vaneornyein and resistant to β-laetams. Conclusion MRSA is o3 a high deteetion rate in elinieal samples, and eharaeteristie of rnultidrug resistanee. Therefore, antibioties should be ehosen rationally.
