摘要
目的:评估CT引导下经皮肝脓肿穿刺置管引流术(CTPCD)的效果和临床应用价值。方法:对17例行CTPCD(置管组)与9例未行置管引流的肝脓肿患者(非置管组)的引流效果进行比较。结果:17例中,平均住院时间、平均血常规恢复时间、再穿刺与非置管组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:CTPCD属微创手术,病人痛苦小、安全,近期效果肯定。
Objective： To evaluate the effect and clinical value of the CT- guided percutaneous catheter drainage （CTPCD） in the hepatic abscess. Methods： CTPCD was performed in 17 cases and compared with 9 cases of control group. Results： There were significant differences in the hospitalize time 、 blood routine examination recovery、redrainage of CTPCD group compared with control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： CTPCD is a microtrauma,safe and effective mothod.
