逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干和股骨远端骨折

Retrograding nailing for the treatment of diaphyseal and distal femoral fractures

目的回顾性分析逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干和股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法2000年5月至2005年5月间，我院共收治股骨干和股骨远端骨折患者122例，其中股骨干骨折54例，股骨远端骨折68例，所有病例均采用股骨髓内钉治疗，对于合并其他部位骨折的病例，同时行相应内固定术。结果术后随访8～52个月，平均20个月。股骨干骨折与股骨远端骨折均获得了较好的临床效果。按Neer膝关节功能评定标准评价，本组优84例，良20例，优良率85．3％。结论逆行交锁髓内钉是股骨干和股骨远端骨折的一种有效治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of retrograde nailing for the treatment of femoral shaft and distal femur fractures, Methods From May 2000 to May 2005, a series of 122 patients with femoral shaft and distal femur fractures who had undergone operation in our hospital were involved in this study. Fifty - four of them were femoral shaft fractures ,68 of them were distal femur fractures. Results All the patients were followed up from 8 months to 52 months （ average 20 months ）, Accurding to Neer＇s knee rating scale, there were 84 excellent cases and 20 good;the excellent and good rate was 85, 3%. Conclusion We conclud that retrograde intramedullary nailing appear to be a reliable treatment option for femoral shaft and distal femoral fractures.
