Endoscopic sinus surgery in pediatric chronic sinusitis

目的总结儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床特点，探讨鼻内镜下治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的可行性。方法回顾性分析46例儿童慢性鼻窦炎经鼻内镜下手术治疗患者的术前病情评估、治疗和术后随访资料。结果46例患者均在鼻内镜下手术治疗，随访1～4年，治愈34例，好转10例，2例患儿复发。结论鼻内镜手术治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective To summary the clinical characteristics and outcomes of the chronic sinusitis in children treated by internal endoscopic approach. Methods The data of forty - six cases of chronic sinusitis in children were analyzed by estimating before surgery, during the treatment and the follow - up after surgery. Results Forty - six patients with chronic sinusitis in children were treated with endoscopic surgery. The period of follow -up was 1 -4 years. Thirty -four cases were cured, and the 10 cases were effective,only the other 2 cases recurred. Conclusion The endoscopic endonasal approach is an effective and safty treatment for the chronic sinusitis in children.
