医院感染现患率调查与分析

Incidence of nosocomial infection： investigation and analysis

目的了解我院医院感染基本情况，为进一步完善医院感染监控措施、有效开展目标性监测提供依据。方法采用横断面调查的方法，对2007年6月12目的住院患者进行了医院感染现患率调查，并将资料进行汇总、整理、分析。结果调查住院患者701例，感染28例，现患率为3．99％，感染30例次，例次现患率为4．28％；感染部位主要为下呼吸道（26．67％），手术切口（20％），上呼吸道（20％），胃肠道（10％）。结论加强重点科室的目标性监测，强化医务人员感染知识培训，减少侵入性操作，合理应用抗菌药物，降低医院感染发生率。

Objective To provide evidences for working out methods of nosocomial infection surveillance on the basis of investigation of nosocomial infection in our hospital. Methods With a method of transversal sectional investigation, choosing the June 12, 2007 as the section plane, investigated all hospitalized patients of the day ,and sorted out and analyzed the nosocomial infection cases. Results Of total 701 cases, 28 cases had nosocomial infection with an infection rate （3.99%） , and 30 infected sites （4.28%） existed. Infected sites including： lower respiratory tract（26.67% ） ; operative incision （20%） ; upper respiratory tract（20% ） ; gastrointestinal tract（ 10% ）. Conclusion It can decrease nosocomial infections incidence to enhance targeted surveillance of key department, enhance training of medical staff about the infection knowledge, decline invasive operation and apply antibiotics reasonably.
