摘要
针对吐玉克油田稠油注天然气吞吐过程中,管柱的气密封性不能满足高压注气安全要求、每个吞吐周期的注气投产需要进行换管柱作业等问题,设计了以注采一体化井口和井下气密封管柱为主的注采一体化配套管柱。既保证了杆柱悬挂的密封性,又满足了50MPa高压注气需求和注气吞吐后的生产需要,实现了注气和转抽作业工序的直接转换,大幅度降低了作业成本,减少了对油层的二次伤害。现场应用的2口井生产正常,已累计增油339t,取得了很好的效果。
During the natural gas huff and puff in heavy oil reservoir in Tuyuke Oilfield,the air tightness of the casing string cannot meet the safety demand of high pressure gas injection and the string should be replaced for every huff and puff period.To solve the problem,the integral string of injection and production with integral wellhead and downhole air tight string dominant is designed.It ensures the sealing of the string in hanging and meets the demand of gas injection under the high pressure of 50 MPa and the demand of production after gas huff and puff,realizing the direct transformation of gas injection and pumping operation,resulting in significant decrease of operating cost,reduction of the secondary damage on formation and good effect in field application.
