摘要
对新型活性艳蓝CP和常用活性艳蓝KN-R的耐盐碱稳定性,以及浸染染色中两只染料的提升性,得色深度对食盐、纯碱和染色温度的依附性以及SERF值等进行了测试比较。结果表明,新型活性艳蓝CP基本克服了现用活性艳蓝耐盐碱稳定性差、提升性差的缺陷,可以作为现用活性艳蓝的替代品。针对活性艳蓝对碱敏感,固色初期上色快、易色花的缺陷,提出了应对措施。
The stability of new Reactive Brilliant Blue CP and common Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R in salt solution and alkali solution were tested. The comparison of two dyes in exhaust dyeing process was carried out, including resistance to salt and alkali, building up property, dependence of color depth on salt, soda, and dyeing temperature, as well as dyeing characteristic value SERF. The result showed that, the new CP dye could solve the problems of low stability in salt and alkali solutions and poor building up property of conventional brilliant blue reactive dyes. Measures to deal with the defects of alkali sensitive, dyeing fast in initial fixation and easy to form color difference, were presented.
