摘要
采用二氧化氯-活性炭组合法处理印染废水,确定了二氧化氯处理印染废水的最佳反应时间、pH值、温度及氧化剂用量等工艺条件。前期二氧化氯处理使印染废水脱色率达73%,后期用活性炭进一步吸附脱色,最终脱色率达92.44%,处理后的废水指标符合国家排放标准。
Based on the study of possibility of dyeing wastewater treatment using the combination of chorine dioxide and activated carbon, the relevant optimal factors for decoloration rate, such as reaction time, pH value, temperature and dosage of oxidant were determined. The decoloration rate of dyeing wastewater could reach about 73% pretreated with chlorine dioxide, and reach about 92.44% followed treated with avtivated carbon for absorption, indexes of treated wastewater met the national standards for discharge of wastewater drainage.
