单元串联多电平高压变频器开关量控制电路及功能设计

Design of Digital Control Circuits and Its Functions in Cell Series Multi-level High Voltage Frequency Inverter

着重研究和设计了6 kV单元串联多电平高压变频器中开关量控制电路及其功能。针对各种不同的输入输出电气规格及类型,设计了相应的开关量控制电路,并通过开关量电路的仿真和实际电路的测试,验证了设计的正确性。同时也实现了各种开关量电路的功能,并将6 kV单元串联多电平高压变频器系统成功地应用于实例。

The investigation and design of the digital control circuits and its functions in the 6 kV cell series multi-level high voltage frequency inverter was focused on. Different digital control circuits have been designed according to the different electrical characteristics and types of input and output and validation has been done by simulation and testing of the real circuits. Addtionally, also achieved the functions of different digital control circuit and the 6 kV cell series multi-level high voltage frequency inverter system have been successfully put into practice.
