摘要 主要介绍安川的CIMR-H5系列变频器在港口起重机械起升机构自控系统中的应用。港口起重机系统使用安川CP-317 PLC系列与安川变频器系统紧密结合在一起,实现PLC与变频器控制的统一,实现自动加(减)速的目的,解决了因启动停止不平稳而造成对港口机械设备机构及钢结构的磨损、变形、开裂、出现过早损坏、降低使用功能等问题,从而达到增强起重机控制系统的稳定性、减少故障率、降低维护成本、提高港口装卸效率、延长使用寿命的目的。变频器在港口起重机械上的灵活广泛应用,已成为港口起重机械实现稳定高效率生产的基础。 The Yaskawa CIMR - H5 converter be settled to lift in the organization automatic control system application in the harbor hoisting machinery was introduced. The harbor machinery lifts heavy objects system use the PLC system(CP- 317) and converter system in close integration with in together, realizes the unification.of PLC and the converter controls and auto accelerate and decelerate, because started stops not being steady and creates to the harbor mechanical device organization and the steel structure attrition, the distortion, the dehiscence,appeared the premature failure, reduced use function and so on are solved. This achieved the goal of the enhancement hoist crane control system the stability, reduces the failure rate, reduces the maintenance cost,enhances the harbor loading and unloading efficiency, lengthens the service life. The converter on the harbor machinery nimble, the widespread application has become the harbor hoisting machinery realization to be stable,the high efficiency production foundation.
