On the Enterprise Management Based on the Experiences of Han Steel Company

本文从学习邯钢经验,促进企业市场化进程这一现实出发,论述目前我国企业界特别是国有工业企业如何强化管理的问题。作者阐述了以下几点:(1)管理要面向市场,要以质量效益为中心;(2)深化改革要与强化管理相结合;(3)坚持以人为本,构建科学有效的约束机制和激励机制;(4)搞活国有企业的关键是抓好领导班子建设。

The article, considering the present reality of learning the experiences from Han Steel Company and promoting the marketing process, discusses the management of the industrial world of our country, especially our state enterprise. The author emphatically elaborates the following points: (1) Management must face the market and center on quality and benefit; (2) Deepening of the reformation should be combined with the intension of management. (3) In order to establish efficient and scientific binding mechanism and encouraging mechanism, personnel should be regarded as foundatoin. (4) The key to make state enterprise alive is to pay attention to the establishment of leaders.
