Lonicera japonica is one of China＇s traditional medicines and has the function of anti-bacteria,anti-oxidation,enhancement of immunity,protection of liver function and so on.This paper introduces the research results about the chemical components,physiological function,security and fingerprint of Lonicera japonica and provides basis and reference for further exploitation of Lonicera japonica.
