The course of Natural Science Basis is a comprehensive course and is closely related to human social living and advanced science and technology and aims to expand the knowledge of primary school teachers and enhance their comprehensive quality based on the new demand of China＇s elementary education reform situation and according to the characteristics of natural science of primary schools.This thesis briefly introduces the outline of Natural Science Basis,and uses new idea of quality education to discuss the implementation of the teaching of Natural Science Basis.
