摘要
汽车喷油器底座是一种具有强反射表面的碗形小工件,其内径精度要求很高。本文研制了一套基于辅助弹簧定位的汽车喷油器底座在线检测系统。其原理是,采用辅助弹簧对工件进行精确定位,在此定位方式下,利用CCD准确采集到喷油器底座的测量图像,通过图像处理,得出工件的尺寸大小。并通过实验验证了基于辅助弹簧的定位方式的可靠性。
The base of automobile injector is a workpiece with strong reflection surface, and requires a high measurement precision. This paper designs a in-line measurement system based on accessorial spring orientation, we localized the workpiece by an assistant spring. Then gather the metrical image of automobile injector from CCD with this orientation, through the image processing, we get the dimension of workpiece. The dependability about manner based on accessorial spring is tested through experiment.
