金属带式无级变速器电控试验台设计

摘要 金属带式无级变速器(CVT)无论是在转矩传递能力还是在传递效率方面均优于其它类型的机械式无级变速传动,在汽车上得到越来越多的应用。建立电控试验台的目的是把汽车道路试验转化为台架试验.它能够把CVT的硬件系统、车辆动力学模型以及CVT的控制策略结合起来,以便全方位的研究CVT的性能,指导设计CVT的电拉系统以及电控系统的软件开发。 The metel-belt CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) is better than mechanical CVT not only transfering ability but also transfering efficiency,so it is used in Automobile more and more widely. The aim of building the electrical control test-bed is to turn the eutomobile street testing into test-Bed testing. It can combine the hardware of CVT, the model of vehicle dynamics model and strategy of CVT in order to study the structure of CVT instucts the software development of control system.
