摘要
因迟滞、非线性等固有缺陷的存在,开环应用时压电驱动器的动态响应性能很差。以上问题可以通过闭环控制加以解决.在对压电驱动器物理特性分析的基础上,本文提出了一种适合于压电驱动器的改进算法,并用软件加以实现。实际对比测量表明,改进后的算法对提高压电驱动器的动态性能有一定的作用。
Because of sluggish or non-linearity etc, dynamic response capability of Piezoelectricity drivers was badly in open loop. The above problem can be solving by closed loop control. Basic on analyses of physical characteristic of Piezoelectricity drivers, this paper provide an Improve on arithmetic be fit for Piezoelectricity drivers and actualize by software. Contrast measure indicate that improve on arithmetic have definite effect for Piezoelectricity drivers in fact.
