Contemporary college students are the constructors, successors and main force of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In order to implement the spirit of 17th Party Congress, the vocational collegeshould run itself according to the idea ＂scientific development and harmonious society＂ and keep this in mind for it is the basic character of Chinese socialism.
