摘要
针对保险营销人员自我效能感构成因素进行研究和分析。研究显示受试自我效能感的整体水平比较高,但不排除少数人员自我效能感偏低的可能性;保险营销人员自我效能感高低与其性别、年龄、学历、岗位性质、单位性质没有明显的关连;受试的从业年限、职称、日工作时间长短明显反映其自我效能感的高低水平。这一研究验证了影响保险营销人员自我效能感的各种有效因素。
Taking policy- salesmen as the testees, this research analyzes the results made from a study on some factors which are said to influence the self- efficacy sense of these testees. Generally speaking, the research shows that self - efficacy level of the testees is rather high except for some of them. There is no inevitable linkage between self - efficacy sense of the testees separately with their sexes, ages, sch.ooling records,nature of the job, work and the feature of the companies, but some factors,such as standings,professional titles, and daily working hours indeed show the level of the sense, which has been verified in this study. As for The Insurance, the research enlarges its field when bringing these salesmen's psychological phenomena into the realm of vision for survey and study.
