摘要
构建服务型政府中关于政府服务观念、顾客导向的价值取向以及政府决策、评估机制创新等一系列新理念的提出,对于公务员队伍的总体建设也提出新要求。应采取有效措施,积极推进干部人事制度改革,建立健全公务员制度,提高公务员队伍的整体素质和能力。
The concept of government services, customer - oriented values and some new ideas such as the Innovation of government decision - making and evaluation mechanisms have made new demands in the construction of the government staffs. Therefore, some effective measures must be taken to promote the reform of the personnel system actively and adjust the government staff system in order to improve the capacity of staffs.
