浅析就业歧视的成因及对策

摘要 目前在中国乃至全世界普遍存在严重的就业歧视现象,探究其存在的原因并找到解决的根本办法,是根治就业歧视、维护公民平等就业、实现社会公平、公正的当务之急。 At present, the serious employment discrimination widely exists in China and other countries, which is regarded as an economic and social problem, and more a legal problem. This paper investigates the reasons of employment discrimination and finds essential measure for solving employment discrimination; it is an urgent task to completely solving the employment discrimination, maintaining equal employment and realizing social fairness and justice.
