加入世贸组织后，中国的对外贸易和经济技术合作得到迅速发展，国际商务合同的使用也越来越广泛，对国际商务合同的翻译研究，也随之成为一个重要课题。从英汉语言差异的比较出发，介绍英文商务合同中长句的常用翻译方法。

China＇s entry into WTO （World Trade Organization） gives a powerful stimulus to China＇s foreign trade and Sino-foreign economic and technological cooperation, along with which international business contract is increasingly used and the translation study on the contract has developed into an important academic subject. This paper is aimed to discuss the how the long sentences of English business contract are translated, on a basis of the differences between the English and Chinese languages.
