甘孜藏区新建本科院校的办学定位思考

摘要 对甘孜藏区新建本科院校来讲,过去形成的专科学校的常规型管理模式已不能适应升格后的新学校。升格后,学校以举办普通本科教育为主,其培养目标已发生了较大变化,与高职高专教育有较大不同,而且知识更新越来越快,融合程度越来越深,原来单一知识结构基础上的“专才”教育不能满足社会经济发展对新型人才的需求,而学校的办学定位又决定了自身的办学道路宽窄,因此,研究甘孜藏区新建本科院校的办学定位是当务之急。 For newly- upgraded undergraduate college in Ganzi Tibetan Area, conventional- type management model formed in the past can no longer meet the new upgraded college. After upgraded, it is mainly focused on undergraduate education and its training objectives has quite changed, which is different from higher vocational education. The faster the updating of knowledge is going, the deeper level of integration is. Special education based on the original structure of a single knowledge cannot meet the demand for new talents with socio - economic development, while the orientation of college determines whether its own road wide or not. Therefore, research on the orientation of newly - upgraded undergraduate college in Ganzi Tibetan Area is an urgent and necessary task.
