摘要
使用概率安全评价的方法对大亚湾核电站应急柴油发电机的后撤时间延长进行了分析,分析中采用了美国核管会在审批许可证基准变更时所使用的风险可接受准则。评价结果表明应急柴油发电机的后撤时间从3天延长到14天的风险影响是可以接受的。
The article applies the Probability Safety Assessment approach to analyze the risk impact of extension of allowed outage time of emergency diesel generator in Daya Bay NPP and adopts the risk-acceptance criteria used by NRC to evaluate changes to the licensing basis. The assessment results show that the risk impact is acceptable to increase the emergency diesel generator allowed outage time from 3 days to 14 days.
