摘要
本文系统地阐述了多媒体计算机的基本概念、重要特征及关键技术。并对多媒体计算机技术的应用与发展、视频和音频的获取及压缩和解压缩技术进行了重点探讨。
This paper represents the fundametal concepts, important character and key technique of multimedia computer. Also, it discusses in detail the application and development of multimedia computing. the obtainment of audio and video and the technique of compress and extension.
