水利工程施工期的业主风险是影响工程质量和进度的重要因素。为保证新疆某水库引水西延干渠工程的顺利施工,对业主风险进行科学管理是非常必要的。研究过程中采用专家调查法分析得到工程施工期业主的风险因素清单,并建立多层次模糊综合评价体系进行评估论证,后以评价结果为依据,制定了科学的风险管理方案,采取多种措施进行风险控制和防范,保证了西延干渠工程施工建设的顺利进行。

The employer risk of hydraulic engineering in construction period is the crucial element that engineering quality and progress rate. To ensure the diversion channel project of a Xingjian＇ s reservoir affects the proceeding smoothly, it is necessary to manage the employer risk. In the process of study the expert inverstigation analysis method is used to obtain the owner＇s risk factor detailed list in the project construction period, and the multi-layer fuzzy synthetic evaluation system is established to carry on the appraisal proof. Based on the results of research, the science risk management plan is worked out, many kinds of measures are carried on the risk control and the guard, the west extended main channel project is on the advance of smooth construction.
