摘要
信息沟通是整个绩效管理系统中最重要的一环。信息沟通有助于提高决策的正确率、增加员工工作的协作性和建立良好的上下级关系。针对目前我国在现代企业的绩效管理过程中存在的沟通目标不明确、沟通的内容不全面和沟通技巧使用不当等问题,应从构建畅通的沟通网络、树立主动的沟通意识、创造有利的沟通环境等方面分析制定相应的解决措施。
Information communication is one important link in the whole performance management system. Information can help increase the correctness of decision and the cooperativeness of all staff and build better superior-subordinate relationship. As to the problems existed in the process of performance management in modern enterprises- communication objects are indefinite, contents incomplete, and skills improper, we should take related measures through constructing clear communicative net, taking active communicative awareness, and creating favorable communicative environment.
