摘要
玫瑰精油为鲜花油之冠,具有优雅、柔和、细腻、甜香若蜜的特点,其价格昂贵,素有"液体黄金"之美称,是最常用的名贵花香原料,被广泛地应用于食品、高档化妆品及烟草中。玫瑰精油具有多种药理作用,在本草纲目中已有记述:"玫瑰花入肝,散脓疡,行血活血"。玫瑰油有解郁的医疗效果,有抚慰和松弛作用,可用于抗焦虑、抑郁和神经紧张;玫瑰精油还具有通便、利尿、轻微的镇定作用以及抗组胺和抗菌作用;此外玫瑰精油对大鼠有促进胆汁分泌作用。正因如此,玫瑰精油的提取和纯化工艺成为研究的热点。
The extraction and purification techniques for rose essential oil at home and aboard in recent years are summarized,which include wet distillation method,organic solvent extraction,adsorption extraction,supercritical CO_2 extraction and molecular distillation purification technique etc.The advantages and disadvantages of above-mentioned methods are analyzed,and based on that,the main advanced research trends for rose essential oil extraction technique are pointed out.
