摘要
人口素质的提高是实现经济发展方式转变的基础,是实施可持续发展战略的必要条件。深圳城市人口素质与社会经济的快速变化以及经济可持续发展密切相关。尽管深圳人口素质相对于许多城市较好,但全面地适应国际化城市要求的人口素质提高任重道远,未来的可持续发展中要重视人才的引进和培养,特别要重视深圳外来人口素质提高对社会经济的影响。
Improving the quality population are the base of transformation economic growth mode, and the necessary condition of economic sustainable development. The quality of urban population are relation to social＇s quickly transformation and sustainable devel- opmeng in Shenzhen. In spite of the quality of population are better than many other city in China, but far from being realized the target of international city , we shall pay more on bring up specialist and develop the vocational education in future＇s economic sustainable development, in specially improving the quality of immigrating population.
