观澜古墟是现在深圳市唯一保存完整的清代墟市。观澜古墟存留至今是其所处时代的经济环境、社会意识、产权状况以及自然条件等共同作用的结果。过去几十年间古墟"自发保护"的历史,给古墟保护政策的制定提供了宝贵的经验和启发。为了观澜古墟未来能够得到良好的保护,政府应该转变思想观念,采取多种模式解决产权问题,鼓励涉益者参与并重视华侨的作用。

The perfect preservation situation of Guanlan Country Fairs was the result of its special economic environment, social consciousness, property rights situation and natural conditions before. In order to protect Guanlan Country Fairs well in the future, governments at different levels should change traditional thinking modes of heritage preservation,solve the issue of prop- erty rights flexibly , encourage public participation and pay more attention to the owners who are Overseas Chinese.
