关于江苏绿色装备制造业依托生态工业园发展的设想

Thinking on Jiangsu province green manufacture industry relying on biological industry park development

"十五"期间,江苏机械装备制造业年均以30%的速度增长,高于江苏GDP的增长速度。江苏机械装备制造业无论是规模,还是产品的数量和档次都有了很大的提高,综合经济实力明显增强。装备制造业的绿色化是促使"高污染、高能耗、低效率"产业进行空间转移、整体转型和全面升级的必然要求。而依托生态工业园来发展无疑是一种很好的方式,本文就江苏的绿色装备制造业如何依托生态工业园发展提出初步设想。

At the period of ＂10th Five-Year Pla n＂,the machinery and equipment manufacture industry of Jiangsu increased 30 per cent every year, and that is higher than the growth rate of GDP of Jiangsu. Machinery and equipment manufacture industry of Jiangsu got a rapid development not only in scale but also in grades. That the equipment manufacture industry is for environment is an inevitable requirement which makes ＂high pollution, high energy consumption, low efficiency＂ industry upgrade. And developing basis on eco-industrial park is a good way, this paper proposes the initial idea about how the equipment manufacture industry of Jiangsu develops basis on Eco-lndustrial Park.
