From the food-importing countries and foo d-exporting country＇s point of view, this article analyzed the international experiences of raising the level of food security and increasing farmers income, especially from Japan and South Korea which have the similar human and earth resources situations with China to explore in order to find the useful international experiences of raising food security levels, and promoting the farmers income.
