次贷危机影响下我国农村房地产业发展的应对策略研究

美国次贷危机的爆发在全球范围内引起了经济的震荡,对于尚处于发展期的我国农村房地产业来说,如何从美国的次贷危机中吸取教训,弥补自身运行的不足,提高防御风险的能力成为当务之急。本文从次贷危机产生的原因入手,结合当前我国农村房地产业发展的两大突出不足,提出了相关解决措施。
