汶川地震中骨折并发脂肪栓塞综合征的早期诊断与治疗

Early diagnosis and treatment of the fractures and fat embolism syndrome after Wenchuan earthquake

目的分析讨论汶川地震中骨折并发脂肪栓塞综合征(FES)的早期诊断与治疗。方法复习分析我院从2008-05-12～05-22共诊治15例骨折并发FES病例,通过早期诊断,以支持呼吸功能、纠正低氧血症与大剂量激素相结合的综合治疗对FES患者进行抢救。结果15例患者12例治愈,2例遗留后遗症,1例死亡。讨论对骨折致FES,强调早期诊断、早期治疗;以支持呼吸功能、纠正低氧血症与早期大剂量激素相结合的综合治疗为有效方法。

Objective To analyse and study the early diagnosis and treatment of the fractures and fat embolism syndrome （FES） after Wenchuan earthquake. Method To review the diagnosis and treatment of 15 cases with the fractures and FES after Wenchuan earthquake from May 12 to May 22. After the early diagnosis, supporting the respiratory function, correcting hypoxemia and high - dose hormone were applied to cure the patients of the fractures and FES. Result In 15 patients, 12 cases were cured, two cases had sequela, one case died. Conclusion For the patients of the fractures and FES, the early diagnosis and treatment is important, and supporting the respiratory function, correcting hypoxemia and early high - dose of hormone are the effective treatment.
