摘要 文章在对2000~2500t/d规模PC窑生产线电耗分配及与国际电耗水平进行比较的基础上,以1200,2500,2500t/d三种规模生产线为例,展开了对吨水泥综合电耗影响最大的水泥磨、原料磨、煤磨的十一种不同工艺方案,进行了电耗计算和统计分析;同时对双风机系统和三风机系统以及对不同输送方案的电耗也进行了对比分析;此外还进行了高海拔地区风机、空压机等设备的功率计算和电耗矫正。结果表明:(1)原料磨采用辊压机或筒辊磨,煤磨采用立磨,水泥磨采用辊压机加球磨时,PC窑全厂综合电耗可以小于80kWh/t;(2)设备形式相同的情况下,生产线规模愈大,熟料电耗、水泥电耗及熟料热耗愈低,即能效利用越高;(3)原料磨用筒辊磨或辊压机终粉磨时,吨生料电耗较低,可达到13和12kWh/t,立磨终粉磨时虽生料电耗相对较高,但可适应含水较高原料的粉磨;(4)水泥磨采用筒辊磨电耗最低,但5000t/d以上规模仍然宜采用辊压机加球磨方案为主;(5)双风机系统比三风机系统更省电;高海拔地区吨水泥综合电耗增加。 This paper makes calculation and analysis on power consumption of cement production lines on the basis of comparisons on international level, by taking the 1 200, 2 000, 2 500 t/d cement plants as example, and under comparisons between 11 types of process scheme using different cement mill, raw mill and coal mill which make biggest influence on complex specific power consumption per ton cement; meanwhile, a comparison between 2-fan system and 3-fan system and various option of conveying methods is also provided. Moreover, a calculation of power and power consumption of high-elevation operated fans and air compressors are made too. The results show: (1) when raw mill is of roller press or ring roller mill type, coal mill is of vertical mill, cement mill uses roller press + tube mill, plant overall power consumption of PC kiln can be lower than 80 kWh/t; (2) under the condition of using same equipment configuration, the larger output scale, the lower power consumption rate. (3) When ring roller mill or roller press is used for raw meal final grinding, power consumption of per ton raw meal can be low down to 13 and 12 kWldt.although the power consumption of vertical mill final grinding is relatively high, but vertical mill has higher adaptability to high-moisture content raw materials. (4) when using ring roller mill as cement mill, the power consumption will be the lowest but roller press + tube mill should be used to above 5 000 t/d lines. (5) power consumption of double-fan system is lower than that of three-fan system; per ton cement power consumption rate increases when production line locates on high elevation.
