自密实钢筋砼钢筋锈蚀和渗透性检测

摘要 自密实钢筋砼(SCC)是近年砼界研究热点,但很少有人研究其耐久性。砼中钢筋的抗锈蚀能力和抗渗性是衡量砼耐久性的重要指标。作者试验配制了强度等级在C30~C60之间的自密实钢筋砼构件,研究测试了SCC构件在不同氯离子环境下钢筋的抗锈蚀能力,并测试了SCC构件的渗透性。测试结果表明:所研配的自密实钢筋砼具有很好的抗锈蚀能力和抗渗性,从而得出SCC具有很好的耐久性。 SCC is a hot topic of study in concrete, however, there are few papers research SCC's durability. Both reinforcement corrosion and penetrability are very important items in the judge of concrete's durability. The paper make SCC components between C30 and C60, and research their reinforcement corrosion under different environment. What's more, the paper tests SCC's penetrability. Testing result indicate that SCC is good job at reinforcement corrosion and penetrability, so SCC is well at durability.
