摘要
目的:探讨蛋白核小球藻对健康小鼠细胞免疫系统的影响。方法:选用BalB/c正常小鼠,随机分组,经口给予小鼠不同剂量的小球藻粉水溶液0,0.15,1.50,4.50 g/kg.bw,每日1次,30 d后测量小鼠迟发型变态反应,ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力。结果:迟发型变态反应试验中4.50剂量组与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力试验中0.15剂量组与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:蛋白核小球藻能增强健康小鼠细胞免疫系统的功能。
Objective: To study the influence of chlorella on the cellular immune system of healthy mice.Methods:BALB/c mice were selected in this research and were randomly divided into each group.Different doses of Chlorella pyrenoidosa 0,0.15,1.50,4.50 g/kg·bw were administered to the mice orally for 30 days.The response of delayed hypersensitivity and the lymphocyte transformation were tested.Results:The response of delayed hypersensitivity in the 4.50 group was higher than that of the control and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01).The lymphocyte transformation in the 0.15 group was higher than that of the control and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Chlorella pyrenoidosa can accumulate the ability of humoral immune system in healthy mice.
