ICP-MS测定食品包装材料中的微量锑 被引量:7

A method to determine trace antimony in packaging materials for food by inductive coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 目的:建立简便、快速、高效的测定食品包装材料中微量锑的方法。方法:沸水浴蒸发处理样品乙酸浸泡溶液,利用电感耦合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS),检测食品包装材料中的微量锑。结果:锑浓度在0.042~100μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性,回归方程为Y=8132.3X+4984.4,相关系数r=0.9997,检出限为0.042μg/L,相对标准偏差RSD为0.57%~3.23%,回收率92.9%~100.8%。结论:该法具有快捷、灵敏度高、精密度好等优点。 Objective: To establish a simple and fast high performance method to determine trace antimony in packaging materials for food.Methods:Evaporating the sample solution of acetic acid with boiling water,trace antimony in packaging materials for food was determined by inductive coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Results:The linear range of this method was 0.042~100 μg /L,regression formula was Y=8132.3X+4984.4,r=0.9997.The detection limit of this method was 0.042 μg/L,RSD was 0.57%~3.23%,and the recovery was at the range of 92.9%~100.8%.Conclusion:The described method is simple,fast and sensitive.
