摘要
目的：建立一种测定戊二醛的新方法。方法：用气相色谱法测定样品。结果：该方法的回收率在94.0%～101.7%之间,变异系数（CV）小于3%,最低检出浓度为0.05%。结论：该方法准确、快速、简便,测定结果与标准方法无显著性差异。
Objective： To establish a new method for determination of glutaraldehyde.Methods：The samples were amalysed by gas chromatography.Results：The recovery range of this method was 94.0%~101.7%,the coefficient of variation（CV）was under 3%,the lowest detection limit was 0.05%.Conclusion：The method is accurate,rapid and simple.There is no significant defference as compared with the standard method.
