奥运前夕公共场所环境中军团菌监测结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解昌平区公共场所内中央空调冷热水系统军团菌检出情况及菌型,分析和评价昌平区公共场所内发生军团菌病暴发流行的风险。方法:采取随机抽样方法,抽取昌平区6家培训中心和1所医院内具有中央空调和/或具有热水系统进行军团菌检测,对工作人员进行血清学检测和军团菌病知识调查。结果:中央空调冷却塔水和沐浴系统冷热水军团菌检出率为17.46%,以Ⅰ型军团菌为主(63.64%);空调系统下工作的医务人员进行军团菌1-7型IgG抗体检测结果均为阴性。医务人员、一般人群、物业管理人员军团菌病知识知晓率分别为84.00%、63.35%和78.57%。结论:昌平区军团菌病的暴发与流行存在一定的风险。为保障2008年奥运"铁人三项赛"在昌平区的顺利进行,应加强培训中心军团菌病监测工作并提高相关人员军团菌病知识的知晓率。 Objective: To realize Legionnella type and examination of central air-conditioner and its risk of breaking out and prevalent in public of Changping.Methods:Six training center and one hospital in Changping are taken to examine the Legionnella in central air-conitioner and/or hot water system,and employees in these institution are examined serologicaly and ivestigated sciential by random sample method.Results:It is suggested that the rate is 17.46% in the central air-conditioner cooling tower and hot and cold water bathe system,mainly type I(63.64%).It′s entirely minus that all of the result of type 1-7 IgG antibody examination for those medical workers operated under the air-conditioner system.And the knowledge of medical workers,public and stockman is respectively 84.00% 63.35% adn 78.57%.
