南宁市市售鸡、鸭、猪肝中铅污染状况的调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解南宁市市售鸡、鸭、猪肝中铅污染状况。方法:随机采集南宁市各农贸集市出售的鸡、鸭、猪肝,用国标法GB/T5009.12-2003,湿法消化,二硫腙比色法检测。结果:在102份样品中,铅检出率为76.9%,平均含量为0.041 mg/kg;其中鸡肝含量为0.037 mg/kg,鸭肝含量为0.028 mg/kg,猪肝含量为0.059 mg/kg,猪肝与鸡肝含量有显著性差异(t=2.37,P<0.05),猪肝与鸭肝含量有非常显著性差异(t=5.59,P<0.01)。结论:南宁市市售鸡、鸭、猪肝中铅含量较低,污染不严重。 Objective: To know the state of lead pollution about chicken,duck and pig livers on Nanning market.Methods:We randomly sampled chicken,duck and pig livers on Nanning market,detected them by dithizone colorimetry,wet digestion,according to national standard GB/T5009.12-2003.Results:In 102 samples,lead positive rate is 76.9%,average content is 0.041 mg/kg.The average content of chicken livers is 0.037 mg/kg,which of duck is 0.028 mg/kg,pig is 0.059 mg/kg.There is significant difference between pig and chicken livers(t=2.37,P〈0.05),very significant difference between pig and duck livers(t=5.59,P〈0.01).Conclusion:The level of lead content in chicken,duck,pig livers on Nanning market is low.Pollution condition is not severe.
