摘要
实验证明单纯破损圆窗膜后将人工外淋巴液灌入听泡,可维持稳定、有特征性的耳蜗电图数小时。
The experimental results obtained from 30 urethane-anaesthetized guinea pigs showed that following surgical rupture of round window membrane and perfusion of artificial perilymphatic solution,the relatively bigger AP N,amplitude and the increased AP N,latency were found in electrocochleogram.These characteristic changes could be maintained within 4～5 hours or more.A discussion was had of its theoretical and clinical significance of this method.
