摘要
针对传统的履带车辆利用转向离合器实现转向存在的问题,为了提高橡胶履带车辆行驶动力性、机动性,提出了机械液压双功率流差速转向系统设计构思,具体地对该系统进行理论上的运动学、动力学分析,推导出输出转速、扭矩的函数表达式,为该系统设计提供理论依据。根据设计构思进行了实际工程设计、制造,通过试验充分证明了该系统设计理论的正确性和应用可行性。
In this paper, the design consideration of mechanical and hydraulic double-flow differential steering system for rubber track vehicle were achieved in order to improve the dynamic characteristics and maneuverability and running gear service lifetime. The theoretical system kinematics, dynamics, power distribution were analyzed in detail to deduce the relationship between output and input characteristic. The theoretical basis and design method were provided for this system design. According to the design consideration, actual engineering design and manufacture were done. The performance test and working test results showed that design theory for this system was correct and engineering application was feasible.
