摘要
通过对活塞连杆机构的运动分析,推导出发动机活塞的运动方程。运用Pro/E对单缸发动机进行三维实体建模及装配,运用Pro/E的mechanism模块对发动机活塞进行运动仿真分析,得出活塞的位移、速度、加速度的变化曲线。
The kinematical equation of engine piston was induced in this paper according to the kinematical analysis of piston connecting-rod machine. Using Pro/E, the 3D solid model and assembly of single-cylinder engine were made. According to simulation analysis of the engine piston by using the mechanism module of Pro/E ,the varying curves of piston' s distance,velocity and acceleration according to the time were given out.
