摘要
液压试验的监控系统,通过对温度、压力和流量的测量并由数字量采集板卡PC-6503进行数据采集,由工控机进行数据处理,其过程由全中文MCGS监控组态软件完成,可实时显示系统的监控参数和运行状态,以实现试验监控的全自动化。
The hydraulic test carries on the request to have the complete monitoring system smoothly. Through monitoring the temperature, the pressure and the current capacity, and it carries on the data acquisition by digital quantity gathering board card PC-6503,carries on the data processing by the labor machine. Its process is completed by the entire Chinese MCGS monitoring configuration software, the system can display monitoring parameters and the running status in real time ,has realized the experimental monitoring entire automation.
