摘要
对5种不同相对分子质量的稀土异戊橡胶进行了研究。结果表明:胶料的门尼粘度值和屈服强度都随着其相对分子质量的增加而增大。应力/应变曲线表明:在较高的顺1,4结构含量和足够的相对分子质量的情况下,稀土异戊胶的生胶产生应变诱导结晶。相对分子质量小时,胶样的300%定伸应力和拉伸强度降低,其拉断伸长率和磨耗提高。当胶料的顺式含量达到96%,相对分子质量在200×104左右时,其物理机械性能达到最佳。
The properties of five kinds of rare earth isoprene rubber (NdlR) with different relative molecular weight were studied. The results showed that the Mooney viscosity values (ML), the yield strength and the minimal torque increased with increasing the relative molecular weight. The strainstress curves revealed that the raw rubbers with high cis 1, 4- content and higher relative molecular weight would occur strain-induced crystallization. The 300% modulus and tensile strength of vulcanizate were lower, but the abrasion resistance and elongation at break were higher when the relative molecular weight of NdlR was too low. The mechanical properties of NdlR were good while its cis 1, 4- content was over 96% and weight average relative molecular weight was over 200× 10^4.
