摘要 基于Adina有限元分析软件[1],在205/75R15轿车半钢子午线轮胎的三维滚动轮胎力学场有限元分析基础之上,生成与力学模型相匹配的热学模型,分析该轮胎在热学场和力学场共同作用下的应力/应变场、接触及变形情况,以便近一步优化轮胎结构,提高其性能。 Based on the FEA software Adina and the ground of three dimension rolling tire mechanical filed FEA of the 205/75R15 Half Steel Radial Tire,the thermal model matching with the mechanical model was set up. The stress/stretch field,contact status and deformed situation of tire were analysized under thermal and mechanical field in order optimize the structure of tire and improve its performance.
